Before a dance reaches the feed

All uploads begin private and pending. An authorised moderator reviews the dance and its context before approval. Pending and rejected uploads do not appear in the public feed.

What is not allowed

• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexualised content involving a minor.
• Threats, targeted harassment, hate, humiliation, stalking, or doxxing.
• Dangerous acts, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, or instructions that create serious risk.
• Impersonation, scams, spam, engagement manipulation, malicious links, or attempts to evade moderation.
• Content uploaded without the necessary rights, consent, or permission.
• Photos, news, advertisements, or unrelated content presented as a dance upload.

Controls inside Swayelle

Members can report content or accounts, block other members, hide dances, remove their own uploads, and manage interactions. Reports are routed to the moderation system and should include the clearest available reason.

Possible actions

Depending on context and severity, we may reject or remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, issue warnings, preserve evidence, suspend or ban accounts, or refer urgent matters to an appropriate authority.

Age eligibility

Members must be 16 or older in Australia and 18 or older in India and Sri Lanka. We may use proportionate age-assurance measures and a review route for people restricted by mistake.

Immediate danger

Swayelle is not an emergency service. If someone is at immediate risk, contact local emergency services. Use the in-app reporting flow for service-related concerns so the relevant content and account can be reviewed.

Built for improvement

Moderation can make mistakes. Before public launch, Swayelle will document response targets, escalation paths, appeals, moderator quality checks, transparency reporting, and local reporting obligations.
